1. What We Collect

Ancora collects the following information when you create an account and use the app:

• Email address and display name (for account creation)
• Content you enter: goals, calendar events, checklists, reminders, and streaks
• Notification preferences and schedules you configure
• Relationship data you choose to share with a partner

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to operate the Ancora app. Specifically:

• To display your content back to you and your connected partner
• To send you notifications you have explicitly scheduled
• To maintain your account and subscription status

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except as described below.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on infrastructure provided by Supabase Inc. Data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. Row-level security policies ensure you can only access your own data.

4. Third-Party Services

Ancora uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase, database and authentication (supabase.com/privacy)
• Stripe, payment processing for subscriptions (stripe.com/privacy). We do not store your card details.
• Vercel, web hosting (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)

5. Partner Data Sharing

When you connect with a partner in Ancora, the content you create within shared tabs is visible to your partner. You control which tabs are shared. You can disconnect a partner relationship at any time from your profile settings.

6. Data Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Profile page. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data from our systems within 30 days. To request deletion, email us at the address below.

7. Children

Ancora is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
